No matter how many items you purchase per transaction, we provide free shipping.You will receive an email with your order confirmation number soon after you placed an order.It will takes two working days to process your order after you pay for the order success, and then you will receive your shipping tracking number and the tracking website. With this tracking number you can track the progress or your purchase. Please allow 7-15 days for delivery of your goods. Keep in mind it may take up to 5 days before the online tracking has updated your package.

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address or post code. We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package. Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense.

For Cancel

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please email us at service@viviennewestwoodsale.com ASAP. Our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the order from being processed or shipped. .But there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.
*if you haven`t paid for your order,it can be canceled.
*if you have paid for your order and the order hasn't been dispatched,we can cancel the order,and you should be deduct 10% for gateway payment fee(collect by bank).

For Return

If you want to return your items, please notify us by email firstly stating the reason and the order number for the return within 15 days of receipt.Your feedback is very important to us. Any items MUST be sent back complete with the original package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as Royal Mail signed for service. Viviennewestwoodsale.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit. The refund will be reimbursed to your credit card account within 10 working days after receiving the returns. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable and the restocking fee and the gatewap payment fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
